Provided interim communications support to the telephony team including: managing competitor information and research, reviewing and analysing consumer pricing strategies and developing marketing collateral. In addition to working with internal teams on the development of marketing activity plans for customer acquisition, upsell and loyalty opportunities including the migration of customers onto new telephone plans.
